experimental group:Drugs for paravertebral nerve block: 1% ropivacaine 12.5mg + esketamine 0.25mg/Kg diluted to 10mL
control group:Drugs for paravertebral nerve block: 1% ropivacaine 12.5mg + compound betamethasone 1mg diluted to 10mL

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Select PHN patients with thoracic ganglion infringement treated in the Pain Department of Zhangjiagang First People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021; 2. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of PHN; 3. VAS score > 4 points; 4. 3 months >= course of disease >= 1 month; 5. Patient and family members sign relevant informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unstable angina or myocardial infarction or have occurred in the past 6 months; 2. Patients with a history of severe mental disorders; 3. Patients with glaucoma or penetrating eye trauma; 4. Poorly controlled or untreated hypertension patients (resting systolic blood pressure/diastolic blood pressure > 180/100mmHg); 5. Untreated or undertreated patients with hyperthyroidism; 6. Patients who are at serious risk of increased blood pressure or intracranial pressure; 7. Short-term or long-term under the influence of alcohol and patients with alcoholism.
