Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Diagnosed as type 2 diabetes (the inclusion criteria of diabetes are according to the diabetes diagnostic criteria proposed by the 2005 WHO Diabetes Expert Committee); 3. Good blood sugar control and normal peripheral blood vessels, indicating good local blood supply; 4. The Tinel sign is positive in the compressed part of the nerve. If the nerve is tapped in the nerve walking area, it is positive if there is numbness and pain. 5. Patients informed and volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrollable hyperglycemia (such as HbA1c> 12.0%), diabetic ketoacidosis, non-ketotic hyperosmolar coma; 2. Patients with malignant tumors; 3. Women during pregnancy or lactation; 4. Those who have severe uncontrolled diseases or acute systemic infections, and those with other severe liver, kidney, heart, lung, encephalopathy and other serious organ diseases; 6.
