Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consistency with the diagnosis and classification criteria for type 2 diabetes recommended by WHO(1999); live in Tianjin for more than 5 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute complications of diabetes mellitus, infection; severe heart, liver and kidney diseases; patients with tumor; patients with other endocrine diseases; secondary hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; received iodine-containing contrast agents or drugs in the past three months; Pregnancy or Lactation.
