Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was clearly diagnosed as unilateral ACL fracture of the knee by imaging, clinical examination and arthroscopy, without previous trauma history; 2. Aged between 18 and 60 years; 3. Agreed to participate in the clinical study, signed the informed consent voluntarily, and was willing to cooperate with physicians to complete the relevant treatment, examination and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing second revision surgery; 2. Patients with meniscus injury found by MRI examination or arthroscopic exploration; 3. Combined with other ligament injuries or other joint injuries of lower limbs; 4. Patients requested to withdraw from the study.
