Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients complied with the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic surgery group of Chinese Medical Association of Surgery (2014) : Clinical diagnosis of severe acute pancreatitis, acute, persistent abdominal pain, serum amylase activity increased >= 3 times the upper limit of the normal value, and has one of the following: local complications (pancreatic necrosis, pseudocyst, pancreatic abscess); Organ failure; Ranson score >= 3; APACHE II score of 8 or higher; The CT grades were D and E.
