18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-70 years, with limited shoulder joint activity; duration > 1 month; VAS during activity > 5 points; not taking any drugs other than non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of active infection or chronic infection in the treatment area, systemic inflammatory disease, disease, neck and shoulder pain caused by radiculopathy, coagulation disorder, history of local surgery, history of local fracture, history of local hormone injection or hormone use, bone Poor texture, full-thickness tear of the rotator cuff, pregnancy, rheumatoid, tumor, mental disorders, inability to communicate normally, alcohol abuse, shock wave treatment is contraindicated.
