Group A:Local injection of hypertonic dextrose 2ml + sterile water 1ml+lidocaine 1ml

Group B:Local injection of sterile water 3ml+lidocaine 1ml

16 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with local painful musculoskeletal diseases without indications for surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with swelling and incomplete skin at the injection site; 2) Patients with fractures at the injection site; 3) Patients with immune system diseases or bleeding disorders; 4) Patients with a history of lidocaine allergy; 5) Diabetic patients, in addition to 1 ) Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 2) Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
