18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18-70 years; Kidney stones of 20-40 mm are diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound, KUB, CT and other examinations; 2. With normal renal function, no anatomic urological abnormality; 3. No contradictions; 4. No past history of ESWL, ureteroscopy, etc; 5. Informed consent form signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe urinary tract infection. 2. Combined with anatomic urological abnormality such as ureteropelvic junction obstruction, renal duplication, horseshoe kidney, etc. 3. Combined with urological malignancy. 4. Patients with surgery intolerance.
