Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From July 2021 to July 2024, obstetricians in the Zhejiang region registered pregnant women who underwent routine prenatal examinations between 20+0 weeks to 22+6 weeks of pregnancy.The patient's obstetrician determined the gestational age based on the date of the woman's last menstruation, which was confirmed by ultrasound before 20 weeks of gestation.Pregnant women were enrolled in the study by obstetricians with their informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Before 20 weeks of pregnancy, pregnant women have internal diseases of important organs, such as congenital heart disease in pregnancy, uremia in pregnancy, prenatal B-ultrasound suggests fetal birth defects, and more than three pregnancies.
