18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-45 years; 2) No main complaint of sleep disorders; 3) Meet the standards of normal sleepers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) According to the the International Classification of Sleep Disorders (ICSD-3) diagnostic criteria, patients with sleep-wake disorders such as insomnia, sleep-related breathing disorders, parasomnias, sleep-related dyskinesias, central narcolepsy diseases, etc.; 2) Patients with mental disorders that meet the diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, mental retardation, and substance dependence in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Fourth Edition(DSM-5); 3) Work or live across 3 or more time zones in the past month; 4) Patients with unstable and severe physical diseases; 5) There are obvious visual abnormalities, such as cataracts, narrow-angle glaucoma, etc.
