Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 30 and 70; (2) Based on the second edition of diagnostic criteria proposed by Gilman in 2008, the clinical diagnosis was in line with "probable MSA"; (3) All patients have been ruled out of polyQ disease by genetic testing; (4) The time between inclusion and diagnosis is no more than 3 years; (5) Patient survival was expected to be at least 3 years, as assessed by the investigator; (6) Volunteering to participate in the study and able to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or lactating female patients; (2) Family history of dyskinesia; (3) Previous history of other neurological diseases; (4) There were other neurological lesions that could not be explained by MSA on MRI at baseline; (5) The following signs indicate that the disease has entered an advanced stage: 1) Severe speech disorders (UMSARS-I item 1 score is greater than or equal to 3 points); 2) Severe dysphagia (UMSARS-I scale item 2 score > or equal to 3); 3) Severe walking disorder (UMSARS-1 item 3 score greater than or equal to 3 points); 4) Frequent falls (Item 8 score of UMSARS-I scale is greater than or equal to 3 points); (6) Other situations that may affect the research object's inability to complete the study.
