Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The osteoporosis group: BMD T scores below –2.5; The normal group: BMD T scores above –1.0.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of drugs affecting bone metabolism within 12 months, such as bisphosphonate, glucocorticoid, hormone replacement treatment, etc. Having diseases that may affect bone metabolism, such as diabetes, tumor, abnormal parathyroid function, abnormal thyroid function, gonadal disease, adrenal disease, neuromuscular disease, osteoarthritis, autoimmune disease, etc. Systemic diseases such as fever, abnormal blood cell count, liver and kidney function damage, etc.
