18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: [1] Adult septic patients aged >= 18 years old and less than 70 years old were included. [2] Sepsis diagnosed criteria: patients with definite or suspected infection and a Sepsis Sequential Organ Failure Score (SOFA) >= 2. [3] Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: [1] Pregnant and lactating women. [2] Hematologic diseases, hematopoietic dysfunction, neutrophils formation dysplasia. [3] Patients who have been treated with leucocyte raising drugs in recent 1 week and whose neutrophils function is affected. [4] Withdrew from the study.
