Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged at least 70 years, signed informed consent form, and are willing to participate in the study. 2.Theating by blood purification.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusing to participate in the study. 2.In an endangered state, severe shock is difficult to correct with medication.
