Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who met the diagnosis of KOA and underwent unilateral Initial TKA surgery. 2.The age is between 55 and 70 years old, regardless of sex. 3.Proficient in the use of Wechat APP short video, fill in forms, typing, chat and other functions. 4.Patients with BMI < 27.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Rule out disagreement to participate in this research. 2.Excluding previous diabetes, cardiovascular disease and other diseases that affect the wound healing or functional exercise of patients in the later stage. 3.Rule out non-collaborators. 4.Those who take illegal drugs are excluded. 5.The patients who could not be followed up on time for various reasons were excluded.
