50 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50-75 years; 2. Diagnosed PD patients; 3. H-Y staging >= 2.0 while med off; 4. The third item of FOGQ >= 1 point; 5. The MMSE score matches the education level of the patient; 6. Difficulty in swallowing, MDS-UPDRS II 2.3 >= 1 points, patients can be specially included if observed with swallowing problems.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe tremor, MDS-UPDRS II 2.10 >= 3 points, MDS-UPDRS III 3.15-3.17 each item is greater than or equal to 3 points; 2. Inability to walk independently or have a serious tendency to fall when there is no drug effect, or there are other types of diseases that affect walking; 3. There is mental, psychological, or cognitive impairment, unable to sign the informed consent or unable to cooperate in follow-ups; 4. There are contraindications to surgery or concomitant diseases that affect health.
