High-risk stroke patients group A:Adopt cerebral oxygen saturation-oriented anesthesia management

40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification II or III; 2. Patients with elective surgery; 3. Aged 40~80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have a history of anxiety or depression and are taking tranquilizers; 2. Severe diseases of the cardiovascular system, respiratory system or endocrine system; 3. Participants' communication barriers.
