Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI <= 28kg/m2, able to understand and cooperate with the doctor's conversation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with psychiatric or neurological diseases, allergic to the drugs used, patients with severe hypertension (arterial systolic blood pressure/diastolic blood pressure >= 180/100mmHg), patients with hyperthyroidism, patients with glaucoma, patients with obvious ischemic heart disease (unstable angina/myocardial infarction occurred in the past 6 months), with contraindications to intraspinal anesthesia (central nervous system disease, severe systemic infection, shock, spinal trauma or history of severe low back pain, significant increase in intra-abdominal pressure, abnormal hemostasis).
