Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First start dialysis patients who are diagnosed with end-stage renal disease and meet the indications for hemodialysis. the first time of dialysis is greater than or equal to 1.5 hours; 2. over or equal to 18 years old, sign an informed consent form for hemodialysis; 3. Hemodialysis (HD) mode.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has a severe eye infection, fundus hemorrhage, glaucoma, cataract, acute stroke after eye surgery, neurosurgery; 2. Cases with no blood routine, coagulation index, and eight biochemical test results within 24 hours before treatment; 3. He did not sign the informed consent form for hemodialysis, and the patient and family members did not agree to participate in the study; 4. Patients with a history of peritoneal dialysis or hemodialysis.
