18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Intracranial infection/infection of other parts after neurosurgery; 2. Aged 18-70 years; 3. The pathogen was determined to be G+ coccus by specimen culture or DNA detection; 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adverse reactions to corresponding antimicrobial agents; 2. Cerebrospinal fluid cannot be obtained; 3. Patients with severe heart, kidney and other basic diseases; 4. Accepted corresponding drug therapy within one month; 5. Hormone preparation should be used during antimicrobial treatment.
