Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are admitted to the liver surgery department of our hospital in 2011.4-2011.8 and need to undergo partial hepatectomy on an elective basis, aged between 18 and 65 years old, BMI between 18 and 25kg/m2, and who have obtained informed consent and are willing to participate in and cooperate in the examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of abdominal surgery;Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency and poor blood glucose control;Allergic to local anesthetics;Previous acute or chronic pain diseases such as herpes zoster.
