20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Preoperative cardiopulmonary function and electrolyte were normal, ECG was normal, QT interval and heart rate corrected QT interval < 440 ms, no antiarrhythmic drugs, ß-blockers, antidepressants and other drugs to extend QT interval, no endocrine diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypersensitivity to hydromorphone, history of asthma, and difficulty in measuring ECG waveform.
