Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) BMI of > 35 kg/m2 or BMI of 27.5-34.9 kg/m2 with poor blood glucose control after lifestyle changes and medication, or with more than 2 other metabolic diseases; (2) The American Society of Anesthesiologists (American Society of Anesthesiologists, ASA) class I - II; (3) Patients aged 18-65 years, with full understanding, agree to participate in this study. (4) Signing the Informed Consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with preoperative severe liver and kidney insufficiency, cardiopulmonary insufficiency, or other serious diseases that did not receive standard treatment; (2) Patients with a history of severe mental illness or/or gastrointestinal surgery; (3) Lack of willingness and motivation to accept postoperative lifestyle changes; (4) Clinical evaluation was severe GERD; (5) Patients who took opioids, anti-inflammatory hormones and antiemetic drugs 24 hours before surgery.
