Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Histopathological confirmed diagnosis of gastric or colorectal cancer; (2) Patients underwent operation; (3) Aged < 75 years; (4) With no presence of distant metastasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative neoadjuvant therapy; 2. Complicated with immune disorders.
