Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes formulated in China Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2017 Edition); 2. aged between 18 and 60 years; 3. BMI 24 kg/m2; 4. Live in Beijing in the next 2 years; 5. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complications of serious heart, brain, kidney, eye, foot and nervous system complications (proliferative retinopathy, nephropathy above stage IV or creatinine >2mg/ dL, heart function below grade III, sequelae of cerebrovascular accident, diabetic foot above grade I); 2. At present, insulin and other injectable hypoglycemic drugs are used for treatment; 3. have mental disorder, cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate; 4. patients who are participating in other research projects.
