18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-III; 2. Aged 55 to 85 years; 3. Patients undergoing elective thoracic and abdominal surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The operation time is less than 1 hour; 2.Intraoperative blood loss is more than 800 ml; 3.Those with bleeding tendency (international standardized ratio>1.5); 4.Cervical or systemic infection; 5.The neck is deformed or has huge tumors; 6.Refusing nerve block or failing to cooperate.
