Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age <= 30 weeks (288 cases), gestational age 30 + 1 week to 34 weeks (432 cases); 2. Newborns whose immediate family members voluntarily agreed to participate in the two phases of this study and were born, hospitalized and/or followed up in each research center.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Early neonatal death (within 24h); multiple malformations; inherited metabolic diseases; innate immune deficiency; chromosomal abnormalities; 2. Patients who do not agree to participate in this study/patients who only agree to participate in one phase of the study; 3. Any medical or non-medical condition that the researcher considers inappropriate for participation.
