20 Years to 67 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 years; 2. Single failing maxillary incisor (12-22) with adjacent teeth exist and in healthy periodontal conditions; 3. Intact facial bone plate when the tooth was extracted; 4. Adequate bone height apical to root of the failing tooth (>=5 mm); 5. Good treatment compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled or serious systemic diseases; 2. Pregnancy period; 3. Poor local anatomical conditions (parafunctional habits: bruxism, clenching, heavy smoking, poor oral hygiene); 4. Implant insertion torque < 35 N/cm and unable to provisionalization; 5. Presence of active infection around the failing tooth; 6. Undergoing orthodontic treatment.
