Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Elderly orthopedic patients under endotracheal general anesthesia; (2) Aged >=65 years; (3) the American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) class I-III; (4) Prior to the commencement of any study-related procedures, the patients were fully informed about the study and voluntarily signed the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe pulmonary bullae; (2) Patients with severe or extremely severe lung function; (3) The cardiac function grade IV; (4) People who are known to suffer from mental illness and cannot communicate with others in language; (5) Serious non-cooperation.
