Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 59 years old who developed severe infection after acute pancreatitis and were treated in the ICU of the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from 2014 to 2019 were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Past organic heart disease, blood disease, severe cerebrovascular disease, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, autoimmune disease, injury, malignant tumor, currently using anti-inflammatory drugs, currently receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy, etc.
