Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Accord with the diagnostic criteria of orthopedics branch of American physiotherapists Association (2010 Edition) 2. Local Achilles tendon thickening with hypoechoic area and tendon fiber disorder confirmed by ultrasonography 3. Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) After Achilles tendon rupture or Achilles tendon rupture surgery; 2) Patients who have been treated by surgery, blocking or PRP injection; 3) Patients with autoimmune diseases and other infectious diseases; 4) Patients with gout; 5) Patients with tumor or other major systemic diseases; 6) Patients who do not cooperate or do not want to sign informed consent.
