18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. CT confirmed subarachnoid hemorrhage; 2. Subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by ruptured aneurysm was confirmed by CTA or DSA examination; 3. Routine blood test, biochemical functions, coagulation function and cerebral CT scan were performed within 24 hours after onset; 4. DCI occurred 4-30 days after bleeding; 5. Treatment included surgical clipping or coil embolization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-aneurysmal SAH or traumatic SAH; 2. complicated with vascular anomalities, vascular malformation; 3. complicated with intracerebral hemorrhage; 4. taking anticoagulants or corticosteroids within 1 month of hospitalization; 5. postoperative state on admission; 6. no surgical treatment was performed within 2 days of onset; 7. acute infection on admission; 8. other organs with extreme dysfunction; 9. bilateral mydriasis or other permanent brain injury on admission; 10. patients with high missing data, including radiological CT and blood laboratory tests.
