Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In the past year, there was at least one obvious sprain of the lateral ligament of the ankle joint on one side of the ankle joint, which caused the foot to be unable to bear weight or need to use crutches; 2. there was no major injury to the lower limb and no fracture of the ankle joint; 3. there was at least one repeated sprain of the affected foot or had unstable feeling or weakness of the ankle joint; 4. the injured ankle had not received formal or informal rehabilitation treatment; 5. there was no obvious structural instability in the front drawer test; 6. the patient had clear consciousness and good compliance, and could complete the prescribed training and insist on training and regular review; 7. the patient signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with fracture; 2. patients with severe heart disease, primary hypertension and other medical diseases, mental trauma, cognitive dysfunction; 3. patients who can not tolerate or accept isokinetic muscle strength training; 4. patients with ankle ligament secondary injury or above; 5. patients with poor compliance and unwilling to cooperate with rehabilitation training.
