Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with thyroid cancer: 18 years of age or above, regardless of gender.Newly diagnosed patients with thyroid cancer confirmed by cervical ultrasound and histopathology. Inclusion criteria for patients with benign thyroid nodules: 18 years old or above, regardless of gender.The patient was diagnosed as a benign thyroid nodule by cervical ultrasound. Inclusion criteria of healthy volunteers: good health status, no history of smoking, no history of alcohol abuse, no thyroid related diseases: hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, goiter, autoimmune thyroiditis, thyroid nodules, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Subjects with other malignancies, metabolic disorders (metabolic syndrome, diabetes, insulin resistance, obesity, hypertension, liver and/or renal dysfunction), chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis; (2) Having previously received surgery, long-term chemotherapy, radiotherapy and drug therapy; (3) Inflammation of local oral and salivary glands and Sjogren's syndrome; (4) Thyroid dysfunction.
