Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients (18 years of age or older), who were admitted to Aerospace Center Hospital from January 2016 to March 2017, and were diagnosed with CDLBP [original>>14] that was resistant to or failed medical therapy, rest, and physiotherapy for over three months, were recruited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluded patients included those who had spinal fracture, inflammatory disease, malignancy, facet joint syndrome, previous spinal surgeries, radicular pain, neurological disorders, severe concurrent systemic disease, mental illnesses, coagulation disorders, or current anticoagulant therapy, or pregnancy and breastfeeding.
