paravertebral block group:ultrasound-guided paravertebral block with 20 ml of ropivacaine 0.5%

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Schedule for elective unilateral percutaneous nephrolithotomy; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Local infection on the site of injection or systemic injection; 2. Suffer from chronic pain; 3. Suffer from severe liver and renal dysfunction; 4. Allergy to local anaesthetics, NSAIDs, and opioids; 5. Could not cooperate with the study for any reason such as language understanding difficulties, mental illness.
