30 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need elective video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery, aged from 18 to 70 years, have a normal body mass index (1 +/-20%); 2. Smoking for more than 15 years, more than 400 cigarettes per year, and quit smoking for less than 6 months); 3. ASA II-III level.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Active infection state, defined as white blood cell count > 100.00 or body temperature > 38.3 degree C; 2. Liver or renal dysfunction, defined as liver transaminase > 100mg.dl-1 or serum total bilirubin > 2mg.dl-1), estimated glomerular filtration rate < 60ml.min-1.73m 2-X; 3. Cardiopulmonary dysfunction, such as heart failure exceeding New York Heart Association grade II, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or active coronary heart disease; 4. Patients who are unwilling to participate in this study for any reason, such as severe complications and complications caused by other causes (such as massive hemorrhage caused by accidental injury); 5. Participated in other clinical trials in the 4 weeks prior to the start of this study.
