A:0.25mg/kg dexotropic ketamine was given half an hour before the end of surgery
B:0.5mg/kg dexotropic ketamine was given half an hour before the end of surgery
C:10ug sufentanil was given half an hour before the end of surgery

60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Names of aged 60 cases patients with laparoscopic hernia surgery, or female, aged 65-79, 50-80 kg weight, ASA I- III level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiovascular and hepatic/renal dysfunction, preoperative history of neuropsychiatric disease, ketamine allergy, long-term use of drugs affecting neuropsychiatric function (e.g., use of narcotic analgesics, hypnotics, anti-anxiety drugs and antidepressants), preoperative MMSE score & LT;Score 23 excludes this study.
