Age
40 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both men and women; 2. Aged 40 to 85 years; 3. All types of glaucoma, including primary and secondary, open-angle and angle closure. After trabeculectomy for more than 6 months, IOP was still out of control after the use of intraocular pressure-lowering drugs, with intraocular pressure > 21mmHg; 4. It meets the diagnostic criteria for glaucoma: (1) The characteristic abnormal changes of optic nerve glaucoma, such as loss of disc edge and localized or segmental thinning of RNFL, violate the ISNT principle that the lower disc edge is widest, followed by narrowing at the upper temporal and nasal side. (2) Corresponding visual field defect; (3) At the same time, it is necessary to exclude the changes in the fundus and optic nerve caused by other diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anti-glaucoma surgery was performed within the last 6 months. 2. Cataract surgery was performed within the last 6 months. 3. Patients with scar constitution. 4.
