Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients greater than or equal to 18 years old; 2 Patients who meet the sepsis 3.0 standard proposed by the international consensus of sepsis experts in 2016.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Heparin induced thrombocytopenia; 2. thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura; 3. antiphospholipid syndrome; 4. trauma; 5. pregnancy; 6. toxicosis; 7. liver cirrhosis classified as Child-Pugh grade C ; 8. thrombophilia (AT deficiency,Protein C deficiency,Protein S deficiency); 9. patients with a current treatment that interfered with coagulation (warfarin, dabigatran, rivaroxaban, heparin/low molecular weight heparin).
