Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment in the macular area in our hospital (the sample size is estimated to be 50 cases). All eyes successfully underwent vitrectomy combined with retinal detachment repair, and the vitreous cavity was filled with 5,700-cSt silicone oil (Bausch&Lomb, New York, United States of America).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffer from eye diseases such as glaucoma, diabetes, and macular degeneration; (2) Moderate to high myopia; (3) Intraocular lens or aphakia; (4) According to the lens classification standard III, the degree of cataract exceeds C2N2P1; (5) The intraocular pressure exceeds 21 mmHg; (6) has serious systemic diseases.
