20 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 35 years old; 2. Can be delivered vaginally after obstetric evaluation; 3. Single birth, full-term, primipara; 4. No pregnancy-related complications (such as pregnancy-induced hypertension, pregnancy complicated with diabetes, cholestasis during pregnancy, etc.).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Usually there are tobacco, alcohol and drug addiction history; 2. Neurotic person; 3. Epidural analgesia pump PCA (patient controlled analgesia) times in labor analgesia> 3 times; 4. Analgesia at the beginning of labor until the fetus is delivered more than 8 hours; 5. The original treatment plan was not followed in the trial and other interventions were used; 6. Transition to cesarean section during delivery due to various reasons; 7. Adverse reactions occur; 8. The patient asked to withdraw during the trial; 9. Provide false information.
