Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hip fractures or knee Arthritis in patients over 65; 2. ASA?-III; 3. MMSE score is equal or greater than 24 before operation; 4. Length of time is equal or greater than 3 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of stroke; 2. Other serious nervous system disease; 3. Serious cardiovascular disease; 4. Kidney diseases; 5. Endocrine System Diseases except for diabetes; 6. Hematological Disease; 7. Tumour; 8. Severe systemic infection or trauma; 9. Serious hepatic injury; 10. Kidney transplantation; 11. Illiteracy.
