Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Alcohol dependence patients: (1) Aged from 18 to 65 years; (2) Complying with DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for alcohol dependence; (3) There was no definite history of neurological diseases and no family history of psychiatric diseases in the past. (4) Voluntary participation in research, good follow-up and observation, good compliance; (5) One of the following manifestations of alcoholic brain injury was found on cranial MRI: White matter demyelinating lesions; Brain atrophy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) During the acute alcohol withdrawal reaction period, CIWA-Ar > 9 points; (2) Severe nervous system or nervous system with other diseases besides chronic alcohol dependence; Mental disorders such as stroke, intracranial infection, brain tumors, schizophrenia, severe depression Depression disorder, bi-directional disorder, etc.; (3) Have experienced brain trauma or other brain tissue damage; (4) Any other psychotropic drugs or other drugs are being taken or in the short term, or other material dependence.
