Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients group are individuals with gastrointestinal polyps diagnosed by endoscopy and pathology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May 2021 to October 2021. The healthy controls have negative endoscopic results. Patients with malignant tumors are regarded as positive controls.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to read and understand Chinese; previous diagnosis of neuropsychiatric disease, mental retardation or dysfunction of important organs.
