Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. The cause of DOC is trauma or non-trauma; 3. According to international diagnostic standards, patients is diagnosed with coma, vegetative state/ unresponsive wakefulness syndrome or minimally conscious state; 4. The patient's family is informed and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who use the following drugs in 24 hours: central nervous system stimulant drugs, neuromuscular blockers, sedatives; 2. Patients with a history of coma; 3. Patients who are critically ill and unstable.
