Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients met the diagnostic criteria of PD in the British brain bank and had some objective retinal morphological and structural damage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from cerebrovascular disease, encephalitis, trauma, drug-induced Parkinson's disease syndrome, hereditary Parkinson's disease syndrome, Parkinson's superposition syndrome, idiopathic tremor, and suffering from severe dementia; (2) Patients with cataract, high myopia, congenital or clear causes of glaucoma, macular degeneration and other eye diseases, and may affect the retinal function of diabetes, hypertension and other systemic diseases.
