Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) class I to III; (2) Aged 40 to 80 years old, no serious audio-visual impairment, reading ability; (3) No history of cardiovascular and brain related system diseases; (4) Radical mastectomy of breast cancer was planned under general anesthesia, and the operation time >=2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Refuse to participate in this experiment; (2) End-stage breast cancer patients receiving endocrine therapy; (3) Patients who cannot complete the questionnaire due to language barrier; (4) patients with previous mental symptoms or diseases unable to cooperate, psychotropic drug dependence; (5) Patients with intracranial abnormalities examined by cranial CT or MRI.
