18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-65 years, generally healthy or with well-controlled hypertension and diabetes; 2) posterior teeth, and there is bone defect or chronic inflammation at the extraction site; 3) good oral hygiene, and non-smoking patients or the daily smoking amount was controlled within 5 cigarettes; 4) there is at least one healthy adjacent tooth as the reference point; 5) good compliance, willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Poor oral hygiene, acute inflammation in the mouth; 2) Those who cannot cooperate with the follow-up visit; 3) Smoking, drinking and other bad habits; 4) Systemic diseases; 5) Patients on diet or taking other drugs affect bone healing; 6) Female patients during pregnancy or lactation; 7) There were more than three wall bone defects at the extraction site; 8) History of head and neck radiotherapy; 9) The teeth were obviously twisted and crowded.
