Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Agree to join the study and sign the informed consent; the pathology is clearly diagnosed as malignant tumor; according to the latest "Chinese Anti-Cancer Association Tumor Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines and Norms", patients has anthracycline chemotherapy indications without obvious contraindications, and never receive chemotherapy drugs before
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged 85 years; 2. Severe electrolyte disturbances and meaningful ECG abnormalities (atrial fibrillation/flutter, second-degree atrioventricular block, complete left bundle branch or right bundle branch conduction) before admission Block, severe sinus, atrial and ventricular tachyarrhythmia, acute coronary syndrome with dynamic ST-T); 3. Severe cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure, acute coronary syndrome, or a history of atrial fibrillation before the start of chemotherapy; 4. Severe renal insufficiency (eGFR<45 ml/min/1.73 m2); 5. Severe liver insufficiency and other serious life-threatening conditions.
